Kim McCarthy is a candidate for Ohio State Representative from the 73rd District (western Greene County). She lives with her three children and a menagerie of animals on Boomerang Farm in Sugarcreek Township, having resided in Greene County since immigrating from Australia more than two decades ago. While her children are attending Bellbrook schools, Kim works as a professional accountant, after years of being a small business owner across the county.

Politically active for many years, Kim is stepping up now due to the current corruption in Columbus, and the fact that policies are not being made that address the actual needs of our working citizens. She is dedicated to providing honest representation that addresses the *real* issues that people are facing every day, with policies that put People First!

For more details on Kim’s campaign and a full rundown down of her anti-corruption, pro-people platform, including supporting healthcare for all, living wages for workers, strong public education, supporting local businesses, protecting Net Neutrality and your freedom to use the internet, please visit

Kim accepts no corporate PAC money, and her campaign relies on the support of regular every day citizens who want to see change happen in our communities, our state, our nation, our world.
